At my best 360 is a tool that can help you to better understand your strengths.

With a simple tool, you can ask for feedback from up to 12 people and find out what your strengths and strengths are seen by colleagues, friends, family or clients.

How is it used?

When you send an invitation to your friends, family, colleagues or clients, they need to simply select the words and photos on the computer, tablet or mobile phone screen to choose the ones that best describe you. They can also write comments to make their feedback more specific and share what they value most about you.

In the end, you can access all the results through an interactive overview of your strengths. In the Power Viewer, you can see which of your strengths are visible to everyone, compare strengths, and read all the comments shared by your colleagues, friends, and family.

The tool and browser are in English, and comments can be in Croatian and as such will be part of the power browser.
