During her career, she worked as an HR Business Partner and in centers of expertise in various HR areas with a focus on recruitment and development. She led projects in the areas of talent and career management, diversity, equity and inclusion, and employee engagement.
She is qualified to conduct psychological tests, attended numerous trainings in the field of organizational psychology and management, and is currently in the program for a reality psychotherapist in Zagreb. She transfers her many years of experience and theoretical models of human resource development into practice with ease and passion, and she is particularly interested in the field of mental health in the work environment.
